Q1 Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept cash payments, we can accept cheques as long as they are paid 14 days in advance of the treatment.

Q2 Do I have to pay a deposit?

No we don't require a deposit for individual bookings or group bookings of up to 7 people. For groups of 8 or more people we require a 50% deposit paid at least 14 days prior to treatments.

Q3 Is there a minimum spend per visit?

We do implement a minimum spend of £15 per visit to cover travelling costs.

Q4 If I have to cancel my treatment will I have to pay a cancellation fee?

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment and as long as you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the appointment then there is no cancellation fee and any deposit will be returned to you. Cancellations made under 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Q5 I have a medical condition, can I still have treatments?

Certain medical conditions, injuries, and allergies may prevent us from being able to carry out the treatment. If possible please let us know when booking the appointment if you have a medical condition.

Q6 Can you still carry out treatments on pregnant clients?

Certain treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy, if possible please inform us if you are pregnant when booking the appointment. Please be aware that we are unable to carry out treatments on pregnant clients who have not yet passed their first trimester.

Q7 Do I have to do anything on the day of treatments?

On the day of the treatment all you need to do is ensure that the room to be used is large enough for a treatment bed and that we have access to hot water and a power supply. We provide all of the products, towels, and equipment for your treatment so you can just relax and enjoy some pampering.

Q8 Is there an age limit to receiving treatments?

There are certain treatments that we are unable to provide to clients under 16 years of age. The treatments that we can carry out are: facials, Feet Treat, manicures, pedicures, Heavenly Hands Treatment, and the hand and arm massage.

Q9 Do you offer gift cards?

Yes gift cards are available and make a perfect gift for a birthday or anniversary. Either pick from our treatments and packages; or you can simply choose an amount you would like to add. Please note that our gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
